"Oh i can be unpredictable as well.. but just not all the time" Chris said with a small smirk, his entire family hadnt predicted he would be in Slytherin, nobody had predicted him dying his hair and he was pretty sure earlier in the conversation Jas had not predicted the kiss, even if it was her that kissed him first, but it was realy only because he offered himself to her. Which sounds easy but for boys its a lot harder then it sounds. "Your mother seems like a nice person, you just got to know how to talk to her" Chris told Jas with a smile, it only took Chris a while with anyone to work out how to annoy them or how to make them feel better and often how to flirt with them, not that he would ever flirt with someone who had a child his age, unless of course he got something out of it.
"I can win anyone over" Chris said with a smile, if Jas even tried to deny it he could just bring up the kiss so he had her cornered in this argument, the best she could do is just ignore his claim so she doesn't seem like she lost. "There's nothing wrong with gryffindors.. well the girls.. and my family" Chris said with a small laugh, he didnt mind the girls because he could flirt with them and as annoying as his family could be he did love them but the boys that were not in his family in gryffindor were just a bit.. cocky.
"Well i guess when you call me chris then i will be happy" Chris said with a smirk, only adults realy called him Christopher or Weasley, depending if they liked him or not but some adults called him Chris, his father and mother called him Chris, and some kids called him C which he didnt mind but he couldnt help but feel it was a weird nickname. Chris smiled back at her when she said 'untill i get a better offer' her smile caught him off guard for a second but he kind of liked it "You wont get no better offer then me" Chris said smiling back at her.
"Ok love is a strong word, but you've grown to like me" Chris said with a smirk then sat down on the grass for a second before letting himself flow down onto his back so he was looking up at the sky and Jaslene. He couldnt help but smirk when she told him not to tell anyone "Don't worry your little socks i wont tell anyone" he said then added "You look good from this angle" it was pretty random but it was true. ”I don’t think it’s possible for anyone to be unpredictable all of the time.” She stated thoughtfully, knowing that this was probably the most rational thing she had said during this conversation. ”Because even if you thought you were being unpredictable all of the time, you’d be predictable just by doing that.” She had to think back on that, to make sure it made sense. She wasn’t used to thinking so logically. So she just wanted to check that what she was saying was indeed logical. Satisfied that it was, she smiled, pretty happy with herself. Her mother would be proud. Err, maybe. ”And why have you been in the company of my mother long enough to decide that?” she asked suspiciously, raising an eyebrow. ”I’m sure I can work my way around her. I’m too innocent to blame for serious things after all.” She hoped, anyway. She pouted at his argument. ”I think your arrogance is returning. You can’t win everyone over. You’re not that likeable.” How exactly she was the person to argue this, she wasn’t sure. Maybe it was best just to leave this, and let him win. She didn’t need anyone walking past to be told about her moment of weakness. Although she noticed, a few of the third years sitting on the grass would have seen it. Something would have to be gone to prevent them from speaking. Third years always did seem to have a problem with shutting their mouth. They both knew he had the winning fact, all he needed to dispute her opposition to his statement. ”I never said I had anything against Gryffindors. Some of the boys are attractive. Especially when there’s such a shortage of good looks in our own house.” ”Maybe I prefer Weasley, or Christopher?” she suggested, grinning. ”Chris is such a common, informal name. Why spoil it?” She gave different excuses, but really she enjoyed calling him Weasley. Seeing as it got such a confused reaction from the boy. You’d think nobody ever addressed him as such. And she was also used it now. She didn’t see why she should adapt, just because he preferred the other name. She didn’t go around, telling people what and what not to call her. Alright she did, but that was entirely different, somehow. ”With my looks, as confirmed by you, and my lovely personality, Slytherinish or not, I’m bound to get a better offer.” She smirked, ”I don’t know what you were expecting, but I’m not about to fall at your feet, like the other girls. I have independence and..” She looked him up and down, as though only really taking in his appearance for the first time, ”I generally have higher standards.” Despite his comment about her not worrying, she couldn’t help but need proper confirmation on this matter. ”I’m gonna need better than that.” she stated simply, ”I don’t need fourth years asking me if I’m in love with a Weasley.” She flinched slightly at this word. She still didn’t like it. She really couldn’t see the attraction of it. ”And I know, we’ve recognized that I look good at every angle.” [/blockquote]

Chris listend to what Jaslene had to say about being unpredictable he smiled slightly and said "Now you talking logically.. you sound a bit like your mother" Chris said with a laugh which was followed by another laugh when he heard her ask why he's been in the company of her mother "Lets just say, im a verry bad boy" he told her with a smirk, it was fun being bad but you usualy ended up in detention with some boring teacher but Chris found with some teachers he could draw the attention away from his punishment and then just talk about the teachers lives and stuff most of the teachers here are boring Chris thought as he waited to find out what Jas had to say about it. "If all else fails blame it on me" Chris said with a smirk, he wouldn't mind he got in enough trouble who cares if one or two more detentions where thrown in, as long as they werent in the library making sure the books where in the right places, that had been his worst detention to date.
"Oh come on we both know im pretty likable" Chris said giving her a wink then Chris almost laughed at what she said about the Gryffindor boys "Yeah of course they are" he said sarcastically then added "And its that lack of good looking boys that means boys like me get to go from girl to girl" he said with a smirk, it was true he did go from girl to girl, he wasnt sure what it was he was looking for but he knew if he found the right girl he would stop it and try commitment, although he didnt think he'd be verry good at it.
"Well if you call me weasley, if theres family with me it may get a bit confusing" Chris pointed out with a smirk then added "But you can call me whatever you like" He then moved his arms under his head so it wasnt against the floor which was hard against his skull. "Trust me, untill you kiss another guy, i'll be there t the back of your mind, maybe after you kiss enougher guy" chris told her with a small wink, he had to admit there probably were better guys then him out there, he did come from a pure blood family but not one you imagine when you hear the words 'pure and blood' he wasnt rich and the only reason he didnt have hand me downs was because he had no older brothers, for that he was grateful.
"Look im not going to tell anyone, if i do then all the girls will think im dating you, i dont wanna date you.. no offence.. i cant do commitment so if a girl thinks ive settled then my entire girl to girl thing fails" Chris explained with a smile, ok he couldnt get the kiss of his mind at the moment and it was slightly distracting but he had a good thing going on and one kiss wasnt going to ruin it. "The best angle was realy realy realy close up" Chris said with a small smirk then paused a moment "Are you going to lie down or are you waiting for a gust of wind so i can see up your skirt?" he then smirked slightly he knew it could either make her sit or lie down, but he knew she couldnt stand there knowing that he would be able to see up her skirt if the wind rose slightly. Did she really sound like her mother? She supposed it was possible. Her mother had always been so logical in her thinking. Still, very few people had ever made this observation. ”I thought I was exactly like my father?” she asked, tilting her head to the left slightly, ”And now I’m like my mother? Make your mind up.” Most people seemed to note the Malfoy likeness almost instantly. But she couldn’t see why they didn’t see her mother’s influence either, she wasn’t anywhere as bad as her father had been at school. In fact, Jaslene might pretend and act the controlled, confident individual, but she was rather sensitive. She was nowhere as bad as some of the people in her house. To this day, she still believed people saw what they wanted to see, observing her Draco-like behaviour only. Deciding once again that it was probably much preferable to remain in blissful ignorance than ask exactly what he had done to earn himself this label, she rolled her eyes, suppressing a small smile. ”You’re not exactly the traditional Slytherin either, are you? I can’t believe that anything you’ve done is that bad.” Still somewhat curious, she pushed this thought to the back of her head. But she couldn’t somehow deny that she still wanted to know what he believed had earned so many meetings with the Headmistress. Finally, shaking her head, she asked the question she had stopped herself from saying, ”Go on then. Surprise me, what have you done?” She doubted it was that bad. After all, if it was, he wouldn’t be currently still attending Hogwarts and talking to her. ”I think you think you’re far more likeable than you actually are.” She stated quite simply, still thinking there was some hope of winning this part of the argument. Of course, deep down, she knew there was such a slim chance that most other people wouldn’t have even bothered to speak on that point again. But then, they both knew that she wasn’t like the majority of other people. ”And don’t be so sarcastic. I think you’ll find there are attractive members of both sexes in all four houses. Jealous?” she queried, the same playful smirk upon her features. His next statements made her gasp slightly, although she did not go as far as to display her surprise. ”That’s not the real reason, is it?” she paused, before continuing a few seconds later, ”And you know there are some lovely names, that almost rival your own, for boys like you.” ”Well, thanks for your consent. But I didn’t need your permission. I was going to proceed to call you whatever catches my fancy, regardless of whether you liked it or not.” It was true, even if he didn’t like the names she was fond of, she was still going to use them. Why break the habits of a lifetime? Besides, she didn’t see why people put so much into names. They were such a small part of a person. ”And believe me, Weasley, I’m confident that your kiss will be easy enough to replace. Who says I’m even thinking of it now?” It wasn’t exactly a lie, because she was partly trying to block it out of her thoughts already. But he’d know she was faking this indifference. Even she couldn’t hide that fact completely. ”Maybe I’ll confer with Muse?” she suggested, smirking at the thought. While some girls might have been a bit offended, to be kissed and then left, Jaslene was more than happy to leave their relationship the way it was. She didn’t fancy him, she didn’t want him, well, she definitely didn't want him in a romantic manner, anything else was purely lust. As far she was concerned the girls of Hogwarts weremore than welcome to him. ”What would be so bad about dating me?” she asked, raising an eyebrow. She really didn’t mind that he felt the same way. It was easier for them both to carry on, not mixing up emotions with thoughts. ”Ah, yes, and there was me thinking you agreed out of some consideration for me, but it was all to protect your infamous ‘player’ image. Boys really are shallow, aren't they?” Without a second thought, she sat down. Wrapping the robes around her fully, the cold finally seemed unable to reach her. She had known as soon as he had said the latter thing, that she would be forced to sit down. Within reason, a kiss, if it managed to travel around the school, was easy enough to explain. The view from her skirt? Not so easy. ”You have such a way with words, Weasley” she commented rather dryly. [/blockquote]

"nobody is just like one parent, i have my father and my mother in me and you have yours in you" Chris said with a smirk he was speaking the truth ok he was more like his father then his mother but most of his brains came from his mother. Chris wasnt sure how to react when she said she couldnt beleive he had done anything that bad. At first he was just going to say he didnt want to talk about it but he figured she would ask her mother and find out "Ok i'll tell you, but if you tell anyone i'll describe the kiss to every guy willing to listen, including teachers" Chris said looking over at her.
Chris sat up and faced her trying to put his thoughts into words in his head "Well when i was little.. like four or something.. i was in the garden and this cat jumped onto our fence.." Chris paused there for a while in his head he could see the cat on the fence as clear as day. "I was curious, i pulled its tail and it .. attacked" Chris said taking in a deep breath it was harder telling her then he had thought, sometimes is was pretty easy to tell people. "They found me covered in blood with a dead cat" Chris said rather fast then lay back down on his back looking up at the clouds in the sky.
"Im not as likable as i think i am, i know that.. but if i dont have confidence that people ca like me.. who will?" Chris said looking over at her then back at the sky, his story had definitely dulled his mood. "Both sexes?" Chris asked with a smirk looking over at Jas once again, he was trying to get back into how they were acting but he couldnt help but see the images of his past in his head. "Call me what you will" Chris aid simply putting his arms under his head as he watched the clouds move by in the sky.
"You may be able to replace it, but i have a feeling we will kiss again" Chris said with a small smirk, he wasnt sure why he thought this but he just did.. it was a good thing though to him anyway, he liked kissing girls and he found once you knew what they were like already they would last longer, he stopped for a few seconds before continuing "And you may not be thinking of the kiss, but i am" he smirked slightly at her, he was telling the truth though, kind of.. he had a lot in mind at the moment, from the cat to the kiss then back to the cat then the kiss then so on. "confer with her, you'll deal with the consequences" Chris said simply.
"Oh i dont think there would be anything bad, but i dont think you'd want to date me and to be honest, im not good with commitment" Chris said with a wink. "Woah, you dont think i care about you?" Chris asked rhetorically then added "I do, if anyone does anything, i'll be there, hen your in my good books you have a friend for life" Chris told her with a small nod. he smirked slightly when she told him he had a way with words "Its a gift." She couldn’t help but feel a need to disagree with part of his statement. It was just in her nature – she was an argumentative person. ”Actually, that only works if you know and grow up with two parents. If you don’t know both, you can hardly act like the missing one, can you?” Although there was always the possibility that some behaviour was already passed on through genes, and therefore, they would be similar to that parent, even if they were not conscious of the similarities. The point remained however; that they would be unlikely to demonstrate behaviour that was similar to a person they had not been raised by. Children learned by observation after all. ”Is that a threat, Christopher?” she asked calmly, not wanting to resort to her usual loss of temper in random situations. She had a slight issue with her short temper. ”I know I’m good, but I doubt the whole school wants to know about my kissing technique.” She hoped anyway. She didn’t believe that he’d follow through with that threat though, so she decided to leave that. Just in case he was tempted to tell everyone and anyone he came across. In her head, she couldn’t prevent herself from wondering what could be that bad, that he didn’t want anyone else to know. Surely he wasn’t capable of such dramatically terrible things? But then, she remembered, despite the years they had spent in the same house and same year, she didn’t know everything about him. But she liked to think she was a better judge of character than that. Obviously not. During the beginning of his account, she wasn’t so worried. She was still quite confident that he was exaggerating. But as it progressed, she felt a bad feeling about the story. She was starting to be unsure as to whether she wanted to know how it ended. "They found me covered in blood with a dead cat" She blinked a few times at that. That was not what she had been expecting at all. Her perspective of the boy changed to some extent. ”What!?” she asked, unable to keep her calm façade. ”Well, you were right. That’s..” But apparently she seemed to be incapable to say exactly what it was. Finally, she found her voice again. ”That’s quite disgusting.” She couldn’t help but think of her own little cat, not doubt, curled up upon her bedroom pillow. The very thought of someone doing that to her, was horrible. ”Don’t worry, I will.” She almost felt the urge to laugh, but given the sudden sombre tone of the conversation, she didn’t feel like it would be as funny as it first seemed. ”Even if I have to kiss every boy in our year, before I find someone better, I’ll get over it.” Smirking again, she addressed the next thing he said. Such a strong claim when he couldn’t be at all sure. ”Oh, are you, Weasley? And seeing as you’re doing so well at the seeing into the future thing, perhaps you’ll be as confident as to name the date and time.” She couldn't stop her thoughts going back and forth, despite her collected appearance. Her poor little cat. "What consequences? I believe every girl should have the right to bitch with another over a boy they've both kissed. Surely you don't have a problem with that?" She smiled sweetly, as though suggesting anyone who would have a problem with this, was denying her of such an unimporant pleasure in life. "And you're right, I never want to date you. And flattery gets you nowhere. Of course there would be problems. No relationship is perfect." She'd seen enough try and fail to base her argument upon. Relationships were so easily made and broken. It was no wonder she had no desire to be a part of it. Who needed the pain? His next statement, however, did produce a genuine short laugh, "Aw, you'd do that for me, Weasley? A knight in shining armour, and everything, aren't you?" Her eyes lit up with an indication of amusement. [/blockquote]

Chris smiled slightly "Even if you dont know one of your parents, you might look like them, and that might lead you to acting a bit like them" Chris pointed out, Weasleys all had red hair and pale skin so when they went somewere sunny every single one of them usualy plowed on suncream or some other potion.. or even use a spell but either way non of them wanted to burn. He liked his little arguments with Jas because it wasnt realy like a real argument just more of a discussion.
"Yes it is a threat, and im sure a lot of girls would be interested in ho you kiss, some of them definitely need the advise" Chris said with a small smirk he had to admit that jas had been an amazing kisser and it had blown every other kiss he had recently out of the water. Chris sighed looking at the ground as she reacted to what he had done "I know, i hate myself for it, i was little and angry and.. you have to understand why i dont want people owing, its bad enough seeing the images in my head" chris said putting his head in his hands, he didnt want to look at Jas because he wasnt sure how he would cope with the expression she probably had on her face "I'm terrified of cats now" Chris said falling down onto his back from where he was sitting. what a stupid thing to be scared of he thought almost feeling ashamed with himself.
"Eventually you would indeed get over it" Chris said with a nod, he couldnt help but think because you know how monstrous i am it had happend years and years ago and he still felt guilty, he was lucky nobody saw it happen or he probably would be locked up in some mental place. Chris had claimed that he attacked the cat in self defence, which he had kind of done, but he had taken it to far and it was him that had started it. "The date and time of our next kiss is up to you" chris said with a smirk then added "Im always ready".
"Yeah but if you remember.. i broke her heart.. she'll probably stab you or something" Chris said rather blankly. b]"Oh yeah problems? go on name some" Chris said with a small smirk he could have some fun trying to solve all the problems there imaginary relationship would have, of course he didnt want a relationship he just wanted to know if he did have one which he will one day, if it would be successful. "Well i dont have armor, but a wizard in dirty robes i can do" chris said then paused a moment before saying "You do realise you just laughed at something i said"[/blockquote]

She could see that he had a valid point. One quite similar to the one she had held in her thoughts only a few minutes previously. ”I like to think I am quite equal in likeness to my parents. Otherwise, and I mean this with the best respect and deepest love for my father, but I wouldn’t be as intelligent as I am. I expect the same applies to you.” She had a few reasons to predict that her academic success was derived mostly from her mother, as were most of her looks from her father, but she had never seen him know the answers to an essay she had to do, help her with her homework etc. In truth, she had no real figures for his own intelligence. The fact was, Draco Malfoy preferred to act and then think about it. It seemed to be a running theme throughout the Malfoy ancestry. ”Alright, you win that one.” she admitted, letting him win and acknowledging it for the first time. “You don’t have to use threats to get what you want,” she commented, ”I’m sure we’re both capable of talking about it sensibly. Well, I’m capable of that. Obviously my mental age is a bit higher than your own.” She shook her head, unable to believe it. Why would the whole of Hogwarts care? Even if they did, it was probably to do with other things than actually caring about how she did or didn’t kiss people. ”I’m sure they wouldn’t.” she said, a small grin appearing on her face. ”Anyway, all I’d have to do would be to testify against this, you’ve got no proof that anything happened.” Or nothing that she knew of. She was deeply grateful for this. She doubted he could produce anything either. She noticed his reaction to her own, ”It was disgusting, but it was a long time ago, Chris. You can’t blame yourself perpetually for something that happened when you were four.” Stunned, to some extent, by his sudden arrogance in return to her question, she found herself rolling her eyes again. How many times in this conversation had she actually done that now? Far too many for her to think back and count. ”Aren’t you nice?” she said, rather sarcastically. ”Despite your charming offer, I make a point of never going backwards. I have little intention of coming back to you.” This was a strange thing to say, perhaps, when she had denied anything would happen between them at the beginning. And that – well, it didn’t work that favourably for her. By all means, he could argue this. If she had been anyone else, she would have done so also. She liked to think that she wouldn’t want to revert, no matter whether she had enjoyed it or not. If she had to force herself, she was now determined to stand by what she had said. After all, there wasn’t much he could do to persuade her. How bad could she be? He must have done something incredibly bad to make this girl want to hurt her. Of course she didn’t have any reason to believe that the girl would wish harm upon her. ”Why would she want to stab me?” she asked, looking the picture of innocence. ”I haven’t done anything to upset her, have I? Are you seriously telling me that this girl likes you that much? I haven’t even done anything to you. She has no reason to hate me.” If what he was saying was true, she was a bit wary of seeing this girl unexpectedly around the school. If she actually felt that strongly, she wasn’t that eager to meet and greet her. Raising an eyebrow at his next question, she spoke again, ”Surely you know what kind of problems a relationship between us would have? For a start, you’re in love with your player image. I have an overprotective mother and an even more overprotective father who would attempt to rip off your head or something. Then there’s jealousy, a lack of commitment on both sides, reputation, the hundreds of arguments…do you want me to continue?” [/blockquote]

"Honestly i think im more like my Dad then my mom, but thats ok because my brothers more like my mom then my dad" Chris said with a smile then paused a moment "Im not going to change that for anything though" Chris realy cared about his family to the extent when it came to a quidditch match against Gryffindor he found it hard hitting a bludger at his own family, but he didnt want to get moaned at and afterwards he would always go and see if they were okay. "I win? wow, thank you im honored" Chris said with a smirk knowing that if Jas had let him win an argument a few minutes ago she would probably be kicking herself.
"Of course i dont need to use threats, but they help" Chris said with a small smirk, he had managed to get the cat out of his brain or he was verry good at not showing it. "I can talk sensibly to someone, but your mental age is higher then mine, you need to learn to relax and take it easy" Chris said with a small smirk sitting up straight and stretching his back to the left then the right then he focused on Jaslene once again. "fine then if thre not interested on how good you kiss, then they will be on how bad you kiss" Chris smirked slightly, he knew she had been great kisser but the rest of the school didnt, and he knew how girls liked gossip. "OH well if i have no proof i'll get some next time" Chris said with a smirk then she bought up what he had done and he couldnt help but frown slightly "But i remember it clearly i remember every emotion every second and its allways in the back of my head, i dont even know why i told you i guess i just want one person who doesn't care about it and doesn't see me as a monster" he said with a small shrug, he had always felt like a monster scince that happend, he had actually cried for about five hours after it had happend and he could still feel the scratches and bites the cat had given him if he closed his eyes.
"Well if your not going to go backwards then i guess i'll have to be in front of you when it happens" Chris said wit a small smirk then added "Yeah, little intention, so there is some" Chris said smirking he was twisting her words again, he loved to mess with peoples minds and words. "Well, the only way to find out what she'd do is to do it" Chris said with a small shrug "just dont come running to me, expecialy if shes following you" Chris was doing well a avoiding Muse he didnt want someone bringing her to him.
"Okay im going to solve all the problems you just said, it doesn't mean i want to date you, it just proves if i did i could." Chris said so she didnt get the wrong end of the stick then he began to solve the problems "I could ditch the player image if i wanted, your mother likes me, your father would find my head is verry much attached and if he doesn't like it then i'd happily show him a thing or two about the weasleys, jealous of who? if the schools best people are dating who have they got to be jealous of, plus i find people being jealous of you is actually nice, hey i could commit if i wanted and reputations would hardly change.. and finally i like arguing, plus your hot when you get frustrated" chris said then smirked slightly "See it could work" Chris said with a laugh. There was a fundamental reason why she couldn’t confirm his first statement as true. When she had first met him, she had had little, or no, idea just whom he was. Therefore, she couldn’t say he was that similar to his family. Surely she would have known him instantly, even from a distance, if he were so representative and distinctive? But then you had to add the fact that Jaslene had never been one for observation, until the unidentified thing was right before her. So maybe it was a combination of the two factors? Hadn’t he claimed that she was the first person to not know who he was? Or was that her? The start of this meeting seemed so long ago. Had he really found a way to keep her in this area, for that long? ”Maybe you prefer to think you’re like your father?” she suggested. ”You should be. I never give in.” she replied, to his feeling of honour. Did threats really work, she wondered. They were bound to, if you worked on the feelings of intimidation and fear alone. But if he thought she was about to retract her statement. ”Look, you don’t need to use threats on me. They don’t work anyway, but I promise you, I will not tell anyone else.” It seemed he was quite desperate for her to keep that story secret. Even more than she was to have him reveal the details of this conversation. So why exactly had they found themselves in this situation? She gasped in slight protest at his next threat, ”Nobody would believe you.” Again, she gave the impression of being a lot more confident than she currently was. She was sure that Hogwarts wouldn’t believe such a rumour about her. Not that she even believed that he would continue with this threat. It seemed such an empty threat. ”Oh. Aren’t you clever with words?” she replied, her blonde hair falling in her eyes again. ”You won’t have to be anywhere, because no matter where I am in the future, it won’t be anywhere near you, Weasley.” She nodded, seeming to be entirely satisfied with that statement, until she realised it had a few major flaws. She couldn’t prevent herself being in a close proximity to him, in every situation. In lessons that they shared, she would have to be closer to him than she claimed to want to be. Not to mention in their house common room. Although that one was easier to avoid. It was the lessons that she couldn’t avoid him in. But, really, wasn’t she blowing this out of proportion, out of pride? Would it really be that bad to be close to him again. That didn’t need answering. Her head began to disagree with the other half that pretended it wouldn’t be. Of course it would be bad. He was still so arrogant. ”I’m sure you’re exaggerating substantially,” she answered, rolling her eyes. ”She’s just a young girl, what’s the worst she can do? And I’m sure she’s nowhere near that obsessive.” She still found it quite impossible to believe that any mere girl could cause her considerable damage. And why would she want to do so? Nobody could love someone as much as that. Ergh, love. Who wanted it? ”And even if it was true, I wouldn’t run to you, I’d make the most of my situation and run to one of those nice Gryffindors. I’m sure they’d be only too happy to help an endearing ‘damsel in distress’, such as myself.” She couldn’t understand his want to solve all of their ‘problems.’ If it were never going to happen, like they both so eagerly claimed, why would it matter what kind of issues their relationship would have? She had barely thought about it, until asked. Now she couldn’t help wondering how he intended to fix all of the problems. It was impossible to fix all the problems in a relationship, after all. It just wasn’t realistic. ”You might think you’re able to commit, but even if you could, I couldn’t. And you think my mother likes you.” She couldn’t help but smirk at her last comment. Seriously, who was he trying to fool? A relationship between them would never work. And she was happy enough leaving it there. A tiny amount of lust wasn’t enough to build a relationship. Hence, why she was so much happier being single. There was no chance of any guy coming into her life and breaking her heart. She was stronger than that. [/blockquote]

"No i am actually more like my father, people tell me so all the time" he said with a shrug, he figured it was because he was mischievous and could get away with lots of things and often people would say if Chris had a twin then Hogwarts wouldn't know what hit it. Although talking about Twins was a no go area in the Weasley family, Chris didnt know much about the twins one of them being his father but he knew alot about his father and he just wasnt the kind of guy to open up about that kind of thing. "Well thanks for giving in for me" Chris said with a smirk.
"Good" Chris said when she promised not to tell anyone and smirked to her reaction of what he had said "Well people can beleive the most stupid things" he said ginning slightly then listend as she said he wouldn't be anywhere near her in the future "You planing on ditching lessons then?" he said with a smirk pointing out the flaw in her plan plus every second that went by was the future and she hadnt moved away from him yet.
"Fine but shes a young mad girl" chris said simply Muse was weird, she made love potions with nobody in mind who she was going to use it on and after the incident in her 'potions lab' he had a feeling she knew who she wanted to use them on now so Chris had to be careful what he ate and drunk, of course he was ok in the feasts because if Muse tried to put something on his food, he'd see it or he entire school would fall in love with.. well everyone. "You'd run to me because i could protect you way more then a Gryffindor because im not scared of breaking a few rules" Chris said with a smirk.
"I could commit and if you tried you could too" Chris said simply with smirk nd then when he heard the comment about her mother he grinned and with a wink said "Shes already called me her son in law" the best bit about that was it wasnt a lye, she had said it when he had asked how her family was doing and then she said Jas was in his school and year and then Chris had asked her what she looked like.. it was a strange conversation to think back on it but at the time he hadnt thought anything of it. During this topic, she couldn’t help but view him in a new light. She couldn’t completely put aside what he had done. Part of her was wishing she hadn’t asked what he had done. But more than that, part of her was really wishing he had made something else up or simply refused to dignify her question with an answer. She didn’t doubt that her mind was making it seem much worse than it actually was, as she tended to do when she was pretty much horrified by something. ”People might believe stupid things,” she began, trying to rid her brain of screeching cat images as she spoke, them being rather distracting and everything, ”But they wouldn’t believe that. No matter how convincing you made it. It just wouldn’t be believable. And no, because then you’d get the satisfaction of knowing the reason I wouldn’t attend would be due to you.” This negative description was starting to make her wonder about this girl. At first, and until quite recently, she was convinced that he was just embellishing her bad points. Nobody could be, or would be, that obsessive. But now, she was beginning to doubt that original confidence. But she couldn’t be that bad, still, because if she were, surely she’d know her anyway. She must be at least a year younger than them, if she had no idea who this girl was. But then, what was it to her, if this girl was that obsessive? As long as she was heterosexual, Jaslene was confident that Muse wouldn’t seek her out. After all, she had so much more important things in life to worry about, than whether a younger student had a problem with her. "I wouldn’t run to you, because I have more self-respect. Besides, I’m sure you’ll have another girl to be concerned with, by then. And I wouldn’t stand in the way of that.” ”You’re missing the key part, though,” she commented. ”I’d have to want to commit. And there isn’t a boy in this school I’d do that for. Relationships aren’t worth all that trouble.” Knowing her life, she’d meet a perfect candidate, but rebuff his efforts at every turn. She was just too stubborn to accept a boy into her life for more than a week. She might be stubborn, but she had noticed that she never suffered from it as of yet, in the way that committed people tended to do. So for her, that weird saying ‘tis better to have loved and lost..’ was entirely false. It was completely possible for her to be happy without getting too involved with the opposite sex. Why ruin something that worked for her? Why try to ‘fix’ something that wasn’t broken? Sure, it wouldn’t work for everyone, but it was perfectly agreeable for her. ”How can you be sure she wasn’t intending to marry you off to my sister?” I think you'd make an adorable couple," she laughed, a bout of sarcasm appearing in her voice. "People DO beleive stupid things, and they would beleive that because i could get a witness, that little boy that was staring at you, im sure he'd vouch that we were indeed together here." he said with a smirk, plus if he put on some of his word skills he could probably make the boy say that he had seen them kissing aswell. Really if Chris worded what he said correctly he could make anyone suffer, but he wasn't that cruel.
"Oh we'll if you didnt run to me its because you to vain to ask for my help" Chris said then paused a moment to listen to what she had to say "Well dont you find me at lest a tiny tiny bit attractive?" Chris said then got closer to her so his nose was almost touching hers then said "how about now?" he smirked slightly woundering what she would do but it would either be realy funny for him, or.. well he wasnt sure yet but he was going to stay this close to her untill she did something to stop him. "Your sisters a bit to.. Gryffindor to me, i want a real woman" he said holding back a laugh he was only rely holding it back because if he let it out he would probably bang heads with her.

”That boy is going to act as your witness?” she repeated doubtfully, whilst raising any eyebrow, as though deeming his claim to be entirely unbelievable. ”Is that the best you have, Weasley? Besides, who would believe the word of a fourth year boy like that, over me?” The number of people who would believe that stupid boy would be much less than her believers, right? It would have a massive impact on her ego if people were to trust the word of that random younger student, rather than her. Maybe that was one of the points he was making subliminally? Did she really think that much of herself that she thought other people definitely did as well? The answer to this was indubitably yes. She did think too much of herself. So much so, that she believed people wouldn’t believe anything said against her. But then she had many enemies. So obviously they’d be only too willing to believe it. Suspicious as to his ulterior motive by threatening to inform the whole school of the events that had happened only too recently, she turned her head towards him. She’d already agreed to keep his ‘darkest secret’ undisclosed. Mostly because she hadn’t wanted to be told it when he’d got halfway through. Why would she want to retell it? The very thought of thinking about that little cat was enough to deter her mind from it altogether. In truth, she had never even considered repeating it for the masses. If he had some weird cat-killing phase during his early childhood, that was up to him. As for her, she hoped she forgot as soon as possible. However, deep inside her head, she couldn’t help but think this was rather unlikely. But for some reason, despite her swearing to secrecy, he seemed determined to testify in front of the other students. Was he that obsessed? Somehow she felt it was more due to his delight in teasing her. She scowled at his insult. ”Even if I was vain, it has nothing to do with this. And if we’re comparing egos, I hope I don’t have to prove irrefutably that your head is far more inflated with self-assurance.” Rolling her blue eyes, she gazed at him for a few minutes, as though daring herself to prove his point right. But of course, she was right and he was wrong. As was always the case with her. She never lost. She tried to make a sound of disgust, but somehow it lacked its punch that it had at the start of their conversation. Still, it sounded real and convincing enough for anyone who had not seen her moment of weakness. That’s all it was. Yes, a simple misguided moment of weakness. ”Not even the tiniest bit,” she replied, flicking her hair as she turned her body away from him. It was strange to think that he was talking about her being a woman. She couldn’t remember the last time someone said that. Still, she put this behind her. Besides, she might be approaching that age, but she wasn’t an adult yet. She was still at the bittersweet age of sixteen, clueless, arrogant and immature. And, despite common misapprehension and false judgements, she wasn’t a woman in terms of sexual finesse. She had never let anyone close enough. Although she probably wouldn’t admit it, she had a real issue with people touching her. Maybe it was simply her fear of heartbreak and pain through loving someone, but she wasn’t about to sacrifice her virginity for some arrogant Slytherin boy. She wasn’t stupid enough to let that happen. Besides, she didn’t want to be another Victoria Bennett. That was the last thing she wanted. Anything was better than that.[/blockquote]

"Yep and people would beleive him, because the face of innocence is something he has and something you.. well i think people would realise your not as innocent as you seem" Chris said smiling slightly he wasnt going to tell anyone about the kiss because he didnt want his secret spread out and even though he was a bit of a player he had more of a soul then most players, he didnt realy brag about what girls he'd kissed or not only if someone tried to challenge him like Kale had. Chris also unlike most players had only ever had sex twice and with the same girl, he wasnt going to just have sex with anyone, he thought it was called 'making love; for a reason and had first had sex with the girl he had first though he loved, she had.. well.. crushed him into the ground and then he had started becoming a player... not that he;d ever tell anyone he'd only had sex with one girl and that he had been broken hearted.
"Maybe i am vain, or maybe its just a cover because i hate what i realy am.. after the story ive just told you i think you'd be able to work it out.." he said giving her a small shrug, to be honest he didnt know why he was so vain and full of himself, he had just become full of himself over time of being a Player, he guessed at first he was shocked that he could get girls so easily then found himself proud of himself and that lead to how he was today. Chris smirked when she said 'not even in the tiniest bit' "and thats why i like you" he said smirking.
Girls that didnt like him or didnt want themselves to like him where the girls he liked the most, because they were more of a challenge, the more of the challenge the more he liked them and the more he found himself talking to them. A lot of other players just gave up with those girls and found one they could get but Chris wasnt like them. Why do i like the girls i cant get.. he wondered, then he began to think of actually settling down i need to like get a house, in the country, get a wife, get a job, have kids, send them here, retire, be proud of my kids and then die Chris thought then nodded, it sounded like an ideal life and that was his future to-do list, of course there were going to be a lot of smaller things in between each of the things.
