" Do it. " Ligasto said as he took a step closer to jab Hermione's wand deeper into his neck. He wasn't afriad of death and had gave death himself at times if needed. " If you do not want my help here say now and I shall leave it up to you." He said as he too waited for the smoke to fade away from the sky. Time to have some fun. He said to himself as he took another step closer toward her. "You wouldn't dare attack a member of your own staff who had not attacked or done anything." He had wanted to provoke the professor to attack him. Just to see what would happen and how she would react to it. " I know you want to. So why don't you do it then? Don't you want to attack an innocent man?"Ligasto said trying to make the professor feel awkward.
He hadn't really gave an order more of a ''why don't your try this'' Basis rather then '' do this''. So he didn't really know why the other teachers were packing heat in their voices. But if any of them were to try anything funny he too would react in a way any person would if they were being attacked. Perhaps it's the current situation that has made them go mad or is it that time of month again? He said to him self as he stared at the Headmistress's eyes. It was better for him to keep his thoughts to himself rather then let it out for now.

As Ligasto moved so that her wand was pressed deeper into his neck, she pulled it away and brought it down to her side. He was trying to get to her, Hermione had figured that much out, but as to why he was doing so she wasn't quite sure. 'There are a lot of things that I would do that a lot of people would put past me.' She thought as he said that she wouldn't dare attack a member of her staff, and then called himself an innocent man.
"I'm not completely certain that you are innocent Ligasto, so prove me otherwise." Hermione told him, before looking back up at the ceiling. A very pale ghost of the mark was still visible if you really focused on it, but the effects would subside within an hour or so. Bringing her wand up to her mouth, she spoke into the end of it, her voice audible in the four common rooms. "All students are to stay in their dormitories until further notice." It was a short message, but it got the point across. They're weren't to go anywhere.

Thomas looked up at where the mark used to be. All that was left was a faint shadow, that would fade within a matter of hours. He noticed the commontion between the headmistress and Ligasto. That guy was really beginning to get on Tom's nerves! "Now, Ligasto, I don't think you should do that." He said, deciding that he would quite love it if the head would preform a simple body bind curse, so that Ligasto would just shut up!
Tom nodded in agreement with the headmistress, as she moved her wand down and spoke. "Yes, I think that we should all prove that we were not the ones who made the mark. May I suggest taking a look at the last spell out of everyones wand?" He suggested seriously, as this was one way to eliminate the innocent. If the culprite was indeed Ligasto, the last spell would be Morsmorde, and they would know. [/blockquote]

" I apologize headmistress. I believe I have been caught up in the moment and anger and frustration has over come my body. Forgive my actions." Ligasto said as he bowed slightly. Ligasto had to make a quick retreat out of hear. By orders of the headmistress all students were to remain in their dormitories. A great idea yet not wise enough to Ligasto in his opinion. "Where was I? I was in Hogsmede when I had received your patronus. There are a plenty of witness's who saw me there my lady." Ligasto had plenty of witness there that were able to back him up of his appearance as he had many conversations with the staff at the store.
His attention was directed to Thomas as he asked for their wands. He turned around with a small glimpse of the dark mark and which at the same time Ligasto had thought, There doing pretty good."Why of course. Ligasto said providing his wand. The last he had used was the one which he had attempted recently. Before that was the Deletrius Charm which Ligasto could past as having to use it on a staff member in one of the stores having been bewitched by a student as a form of a practical joke. "Well how is it?" Ligasto said as he calmed down and spoke in a normal gentle voice.

Hermione was glad that Thomas had kept calm in the current situation, his always logical thinking coming in great handy. Her own logic seemed to have faded as the room had been plunged into darkness, but she felt that she was starting to regain her normal sense of mind. The professors seemed more than happy to reveal the last spells on their wand, not a single one of them revealing the spell which conjured the fading Mark on the ceiling.
"The Minister for Magic will be informed of the incident, and I will ask that he keeps it to himself. The wizarding world doesn't need to get worried about this." Hermione said to them, though knowing that the relatives of each person who was in the room at the time would probably know by the end of the week.
