Things had gotten too out of hand from Hermione to comfortably keep control of, and it was all down to the actions of one seventh year student. Vincent Lord, or Shia as his 'alter ego' had called itself. Either way, he posed a hazard to both the students and staff. One more chance was all she would allow him, and she had summoned the two newly appointed Heads of Houses to her office to assist with the matter.
Kingsley had not been informed or consulted on the situation, since he seemed to care little for the unexpected arrival of the Dark Mark in the Great Hall. It had faded away now, but there was still an air of fear in the castle. So many rumours were flying around the castle; it was that Slytherin girl, that Gryffindor boy, that Hufflepuff girl, that Ravenclaw boy, that Professor, too many to work out who had actually conjured the curse.
Seated behind her desk with a chair placed either side of her, as well as another on the other side of her desk. Hermione had asked Vincent to see her in her office in person, and had also asked Rosalyn and Thomas at the staff table. All that was left to now was to wait for everyone to arrive.

YOU'RE NOT A JUDGE BUT IF YOU'RE GONNA JUDGE MEsentance me to another life-------- Thomas sighed and wondered how this would turn out. He had been surprised when at the staff table, Professor Malfoy had asked for his presence as head of the Slytherin house in his office later on. He was, however, not that surprised about the reason. Vincent Lord, or sometimes Shia, depending on the day that you caught him on. After the incident at the Halloween ball, there had been rumours around the castle that it was Vincent to blame. Of course there were other rumours, but for all he knew, they could all be that, rumours. The other troubling thing about Vincent was the alter ego that took over, and posed a threat to the safety of the students and the staff at Hogwarts. This worried him the most.
Vincent seemed like a nice enough guy. But it was Shia that was the problem, his demonic side, and it was a big risk to let him into the castle and be around the other students. So the time had come to discuss whether it was still responsible to let him attend the school. Thomas was sat in his office, by the chair near the fire. In his hand was a glass of pumpkin juice. He downed the contents of the goblet and rose from his chair, placing the goblet on a side table. He headed out the door and made his way to the Headmistress’ office, where the meeting between himself, the headmistress, Roselyn and Vincent would take place.
He muttered the password, then when he had reached the wooden door, he reached his hand out and knocked on it twice, then he waited. He hoped that this would turn out for the best, as although Vincent was a good student, Shia was the danger, and he hated the idea of this child being denied his education because of something that he couldn’t control. But the point was that he couldn’t control it! And that was posing the security risk!
He paused for a second and opened the door. ”Headmistress” He said in greeting, noting the seats that were laid out. He took his seat and watched the door patiently. He twiddled his thumbs as he waited. He was never a really patient man, but he could control himself! ”How are you?” he asked, a common question. Tom had never been particularly good at conversation either![/blockquote] --------- Hanging With Rosalyn, Hermione, Thomas and Vincent Borrowing Lyrics From Ignorance - Paramore Reading Around three nine six Lettng You Know That This should be fun! Crediting Me! xD Feeling Particularly Happy!

Truth be told, Rosalyn was less than surprised, being asked to join the Headmisstress in her office, or the reason for it. Truth be told, she had noticed the way Vincent Lord's personalitites clashed, for one, he seemed a very insecure quy, but when he became 'Shia', she was sure that he sared everyone. But, Rosalyn, being an adult, thought about it with reason, and all the reasons behind his behaviour. Getting up from the staff table, she glanced at the watch on her thin wrist, and physically hitting her head, for it being all the way up in the clouds. And because of that, Rose was late, and she knew it. She just hoped that Tom, who she noticed wasn't at the table, and Hermione weren't waiting for her long.
Roslyn's slim fingers ran through her brunette locks, and a sigh escaped her parted lips. Her mind shifted off to the matter at hand, while she made her way to where the Headmisstress office was. Vincent seemed a nice enough student, however troubled, but she was sure that when this new side of him showed, and it was almost demonic, that he could hurt people, and Rosalyn's was certain that he did pose a threat to the student body. While he would claim, or admit that he was or wasn't a threat, was another matter, because Rosalyn always believed in hearing both sides of the story, and making her decision on that. So, she would listen to both Vincent and the headmisstress and well as Tom, and then they would have to reach a decision, that would decided the boys life, so Rosie wanted to make the right one, becuase she always believed that there was room for improvement.
She was next to the office now, the door shut, but she was certain that Thomas and Hermione would be in there. Her hand rested on the brown door, while the other pushed down on the handles. She felt the door click open underneath her fingertips, and she let out a soft breath. She smiled apologetically when they both came into veiw. The office seemed not cluttered or tidy, which was suaully the way that Rose herself kep things. 'I'm sorry I'm late, my head was up in the clouds again.' She said, rusing to the table to take her seet, her robes floating behind her, she looked like a dark angel, and a smile creeped up on to her lips, but then faded. She looked towards them both, to see what they would say.

X I am not what I seem Vincent groaned as he leaned against the wall of the office he had been in twice already and only in a span of a week or two. He was arguing to himself that he could just not show up. why not let me take care of them?Shia echoed, Vincent narrowed his eyes not letting himself sink into his usual self. He wondered if he was going to be analyzed by a shrink or something. If they even thought of asking him how he felt he wouldn't even give Shina a chance to set the m on fire, he'd do it himself.
He kicked off the wall and laid his fingers on the door, pressing his forehead against it breathing out angrily, why couldn't he just be normal and not manage to get himself in a heck of alot of trouble. He blamed it on Shia or whatever that monster was. He heared a inward chuckle as Shia found his insult amusing. Let me teach them a lesson pipsqueakVincent ignored the taunting, they were crazy to have him come here when he was unstable.
He sighed another long sigh and paced outside the doorway trying to calm himself, which seem just to worsen his mood, well might as well get it over with. He opened the door and fround not one but three different people there. His mouth gaped open slightly and he had to mentally kick himself into the room and shut the door.
He already took out his wand and before he even thought of sitting down placed it on the desk.damn you pipsqueak, i'll come out sooner or later, jut you wait.Vincen't made a smirk not to the teachers but in replie to Shia's threat. Vincen't knew this could get dangerous, so he was taking away some of Shia's power even if it was a little.

Hermione was unsure as to whether or not she would have viewed the situation in this way a few years ago. Being the Headmistress has definitely toughened her shell, and Harry had on one occasion told her that she had changed an awful lot, though the woman was also unsure as to whether or not it had been for the best. She was glad that she had become more confident with many things in her life, though the decision that was soon to be made was not something she felt confidence in doing. The young man had his whole life ahead of him, and what was decided over the next hour or so would determine what that life would be like. Even though she had asked the two members of staff, that she trusted the most above the others, to assist her in doing so, it was her neck on the line if the wrong decision was made.
"I'm fine for the time being. What about yourself?" Hermione replied to Thomas as he entered the room and greeted her. It was obvious that he wasn't really sure what he should say to her, something that she too felt. None of them wanted to have to send a student home and tell them that they cannot come back to Hogwarts, and there was tension enough to explain this. At the end of the day, somebody wasn't going to be pleased. Rosalyn arrived not that much longer after Tom did, and her expression told her everything that she already knew. She was such a nice and pleasant woman, and Hermione thought she'd be the most uncomfortable in playing a part in the possible expulsion.
"Don't worry about it Rose." She said to her as she apologised for her late arrival, before carrying on. "Vincent should be here soon." Until he arrived, Hermione would search for other possibilities. He would need some help whether he stayed at Hogwarts or was unleashed into the world of magic, and she wasn't entirely sure that was something she herself would be able to give him, but she was willing to try. Maybe just a two week suspension would do him good, so as to remove himself from the hustle and bustle of Hogwarts and try to figure out more about 'Shia'. Whatever the decision, the Christmas holidays weren't far away, over which time a final solution could be decided upon. This meeting was just to get some information about everything and discuss it first.
A few moments of silents passed as Vincent entered the room and walked towards them, putting his wand on his desk. Hermione reached out her hand and picked it up, pulling open a drawer and putting it inside, before shutting it once more. She was certain that she would have been able to counter any spells that 'Shia' decided to cast, and if she unable to do so then her colleagues were both extremely talented with their wands, and no match for a seventeen year old. He seemed in control for now, but there was no telling as to when he switched personalities. Hopefully that would be something they could find out today.

YOU'RE NOT A JUDGE BUT IF YOU'RE GONNA JUDGE MEsentance me to another life-------- Thomas nodded and smiled at the headmistress. ” I am also well, a little worried as to how this will turn out Headmistress, as we do not know Vincent’s control over his other half.” He said honestly. That was one thing about Tom, he was honest, always, no matter what the truth would do, he always believed the truth was best, as then there was no disappointment when they found out everything had been a lie, and they knew right from the off what was really happening, what was true. Thomas looked up to see Rosalyn come through the door. He nodded to her, a silent hello. Thomas was indeed worried about what would happen next in this room, as he knew that Vincent wasn’t completely in control, and that Shia could take over should he feel threatened or in danger in any way. Tom’s hand slid to the wand in his pocket, and he was ready to use it to try and restrain the child should Shia take over and threaten the safety of the staff and of Vincent.
Thomas sucked in a breath as Vincent walked in, and observed with a small smile as Vincent took out his wand and placed it on the desk. His smile grew as he watched the headmistress take the wand and hide it in a draw. At least Vincent was in control enough to do that, and take away a big weapon from Shia, so should he take control, he would be a little less dangerous at least! He nodded toward Vincent and smiled encouragingly. He’d hate to be in that position himself all over something that he couldn’t control, so he should at least try and let the kid feel a little supported. Tom also did this in the hope that he would feel less threatened and therefore less likely to loose control. He didn’t want to use magic on Vincent, and he hoped that it would not be necessary. But should he need to in order to keep everyone safe, he would not hesitate with a body bind curse, and only if necessary something stronger to restrain him.[/blockquote] --------- Hanging With Rosalyn, Hermione, Thomas and Vincent Borrowing Lyrics From Ignorance - Paramore Reading Around three five eight Lettng You Know That This should be fun! Crediting Me! xD Feeling Particularly Happy!
