So there stood Kingsley waiting for the Headmistress of Hogwarts to arrive to discuss the recent activity of Hogwarts and how the Ministry could help in anyway. It was normal for Kingsley to come visit every now and then to discuss business matters and on rare occasions ice cream flavors. Kingsly had been called in early after he was informed of the Dark mark appearing during the Halloween Ball. Whilst Minister for Magic, Kingsly had never seen such evil used ever since the destruction of Voldemort and the disbandment of the Death Eaters. This was the obvious sign that the Death eaters or as Kingsly referred to them, the Neo Death eaters, are making a come back.
Kingsley paced around the room baffled at the recent events at Hogwarts. Why here? why at this time? He pondered as his pacing began to haste and his patience which normally he would have a large amount of, was started to degrade thinner and thinner. Where could she be? I have very important meetings to attend to. He said to himself as he took a seat waiting for the headmistress to arrive. In the meantime he took out a quill and paper to write down what information the Headmistress had and who she had suspected.
Kingsly reminisced the time he had been here with former Hogwarts Head Albus Dumbledore when he had refused arrest and had some how vanished with the help of Fawks who had sat still in the corner of the room just slightly older and soon to turn into flames. A small giggle made the tension of the moment slightly more loose although he knew, the tension was soon to grow back.

Hermione sat patiently behind her desk, awaiting the arrival of the Minister for Magic. Luckily, someone decent had come into power, Kingsley Shacklebolt was a far better wizard than both Cornelius Fudge and Rufus Scrimgeour put together. Looking at the watch upon her wrist, she noted that there were only a few minutes left before the Minister was due to arrive. Despite having spoken to Kingsley on many occasions after having become Headmistress, as well as quite a few times before she had even turned 18.
Headache. It had come out from almost nowhere, and Hermione's head was burning in pain. It wasn't excruciating and she could probably have put up with it until Kingsley had left, but the matter at hand was very important, and she didn't want to feel uncomfortable whilst discussing it. Quickly standing up, Hermione hurried out of the door, making her way from the third floor up to the fourth one.
Grabbing a vial from the medicene store cupboard, she pulled the stopper out and quickly drank the contents, before putting the vial back onto the shelf. The pain in her forehead subsided immediately, but she had no time to thank the nurse or put the vial wherever it was meant to go when it was empty. Hermione was very very late. Almost running back to her office, she steadied her breathing before walking back in, Kingsley Shacklebolt already seated in the room.
"Minister." Hermione said simply to him, giving a nod of her head, before sitting back down opposite Kingsley behind her desk.

His patience had started to grow thin. He was close to storming out of the office and taking a small walk around Hogwarts. Miss Malfoy was never usually late and had often arrived earlier then him in most cases. He took a deep sigh and waited for another 5 minutes. During which he had started to grow restless and tired of waiting. He had started tapping on his chair then on his table and finally started playing around with his wand as he twirled it around his fingers.
Enough of this nonsense! He said to himself as he muttered just under his breath "I'm a busy man and I shall leave a note here instead." He stood up and packed up all his files and was about to head out with a frown on his face when he heard the door slightly open followed by a voice that had belonged to the the headmistress. He rolled his eyes slightly and moved his head left to right as a sign of her being unprofessional.
"You are late!" He said as he took a seat and took out all his papers once again with a frown on his face as he spoke with a clear deep voice. " Tell me Hermione about these recent attacks." Kingsley said as he took out a quill and a piece of paper and offered a seat to the headmistress in her own office and at the same time offering his hand as a handshake to begin with the formalities of this emergency meeting they were having.

"I have my reasons Mr. Shacklebolt, and if you don't consider the matter to be important enough to discuss, you're more than welcome to leave and hurry back to the your other appointments." Hermione snapped back, not taking too kindly to his demanding that she be on time, especially considering that she was in charge of their present location. Kingsley referred to the incidents as attacks, which was appropriate in some of the cases, but the most important was more of a warning in her eyes.
"The Dark Mark was conjured in the Great Hall on the evening of Halloween during the ball." She reported, ignoring his outstretched hand and pulling open a drawer of her desk. Taking a vial from it, she closed the drawer and passed the vial to it, the golden strands of her memory inside it. Her own recollections of the events in the hall, including the evacuation of the students to their common rooms and the discussion amongst the staff. Hermione handed the vial to the Minister for Magic.
"How long did you intend to keep it quiet?" Hermione said to him, her voice calmer now. He was a very clever man, but she doubted he would know what it was that she was referring to. She'd give him a chance first. If he proved to her that he was unaware of what it was she was bringing up, she would explain. Of course, he was aware of the event that the Headmistress was thinking of, but it wasn't something that she was supposed to know about.

" Very well Headmistress, let us continue with our business shall we." Kingsley said as he took a soft sigh as he started to write down a few things as he pulled away his hand." Where were all the professors at the time of the incident ?" Kingsley asked as he payed close attention to what she was saying at the time. Every word of hers was golden at the moment, as Kingsley was not there, he had to rely on the information the Headmistress had in order to find out the series of events that occurred during that night.
" So what exactly happened? what had been the first thing that happened when the dark mark was conjured ?" Kingsley had asked not noticing that the headmistress was offering the vial. " Is this it? my apologies, thank you. " Kingsley said as he took the vial and placed it in his inside robes. " I shall look into it when I am back at the Ministry." Kingsley said as he wrote down that he had received the vial on some paper.
Kingsley took a deep sigh and hesitated before speaking. " I shall not allow this to be released for the sake of Hogwarts and the wizarding world." Kingsley said knowing that releasing this into the open would cause problems for only both of them and both Howarts and the Ministry. " It is in the best interest of both Hogarts and the Ministry to keep this quiet for a while." Kingsley had been thinking of another thing to say but yet again had hesitated to say it.
" I- I can not say that they are back." Kinsley said referring to them as the Death eaters. " It may not seem possible but there have been cases where a student had been playing around with magic and conjured the dark mark with out even knowing. For now I shall seek to your assistance in this manner and keep it quiet and I too shall send in aurors to guard the school if need be." Kingsley said looking straight the Headmistress pondering still on how this could of happened.
