Things were starting to get a bit out of hand at Hogwarts, but thankfully Hermione had been able to find more teachers, which certainly helped out. With students winding up substitute teachers left, right, and centre and sending them running out of the classroom screaming like a headless Augurey. Even the permanent staff were starting to blow their top, and breaking a few rules in the process.
Just like the staff, students were breaking rules as well, or else just causing disturbances through the castle. The person she wanted to speak to now though was Christopher Weasley. After having left a note on the Slytherin notice board, she now sat behind her desk waiting, having done away with the pumpkin juice and sweets. She was just too soft on some of the pupils.

Chris was walking past the slytherin notice board when he noticed a slip that meant someone was getting summoned by Hermione. Who's it this time.. ME! he thought woundering what it was he had done now, there were plenty of reasons she could be calling him there so he would have to let her speak before him theres the forest, the sneaking away after the ball, Muse, Kale, Sam might have said i raped her or something, but luckily that would be a lie he thought checking the time and comparing it to a clock nearby CRUD ITS LIKE IN SECONDS! he thought speeding out of the room and towards the headmistresses office.
Stopping outside her door he composed himself standing up straight and ruffling up his hair slightly here it goes he thought walking in, "You summoned mistress" he said bowing slightly then having to hold back a laugh, bet thats the most random entrance shes received he thought looking at her then at the desk, he noticed the beans and juice had gone ow come on i loved the beans and juice he thought waiting for her to tell him to sit down. "Mr. Weasley, I shalln't keep you long. Do sit down." Hermione said to him, beckoning to the seat in front of her desk. She doubted that he would need much telling off, her voice would mostly fall on deaf ears, but with several members of staff having had incidents with Chris, she felt it necessary to speak to him, at least until she assigned members of staff to houses.
"Tell me Chris, how are your Defence Against the Dark Arts lessons going?" Hermione asked him. She had been informed that Christopher had stormed out of Zane's lesson, and had been witness to part of Ligasto's lesson, though he'd moved on to yelling at another student by the time she had arrived. To be honest, she'd have rather made something up about Chris than Kaleb.

Chris smirked and said "I doubt that" then did as he said and sat down woundering what she was going to say, when she did speak it caught him off guard he had completely forgotten about that wow i have a lot going on in my life right now he thought then turned his attention back to the matter at hand. "Before i speak, maybe i should hear what you know" he said deciding it was the best thing because he didnt want to mention the teacher using a spell on him.. not yet anyway, that could be used as bribery later.
Oh crap i just realised im expected to have another lesson with him soon he thought frowning slightly "Wheres the juice.. i could rely do with a drink" he said sitting forward in his chair and rubbing his temples, of course if he had a choice of a drink right now it would probbly be alcohol but that wasnt going to happen as he was talking to the Headmistress, thats when he remembered his own questions "If you dont mind, i'd like to ask you a few things.. after your done interrogating me" he said with a smile expecting it to catch her off guard as her question had caught him. "No Chris, it's fine. You can speak first, I insist." Hermione said to him with a fake smile, knowing full well that he would simply confirm what she knew and the things she didn't know wouldn't be brought to her attention. After all, she too had been a student, and had played the same game more often than people would have expected her to. Being friends with Harry Potter often got you into trouble, no matter how intelligent and well behaved you were.
Then he mentioned the juice, something she knew he'd pick up on very quickly. Of course, it had been quite a distraction in their last conversation, as well as the beans, and the same could be said for her conversation with Vincent. Hermione nodded to him as he asked if he could ask her a few questions once she'd finished asking him questions, before replying to his earlier question. "I'll get it out once we've finished talking." She said to him, not wanting to get it out now or the conversation would be just as pointless as the last.

Chris smiled when she told him to speak first so be it he thought giving her a small bow and saying "Yes m'lady" like some butler puppet he had seen on muggle TV once Thunderbirds.. i think thats what it was called he thought then got back onto the subject "So what happend was, I came in, he talked to me about girls, he wouldn't tell me about the girls or girl he was thinking of and erm.. Vicky came in.. something was said.. i cant remember what exactly but it ended up with me being lifted up by someone then me conjuring up some birds to escape" Chris had told the truth, to a certain extent, but to be honest he couldnt remember all of it even if it had happend recently. "So.. there it is now i guess you going to have to punish me or something for ditching.." he said smiling for some reason, punishment was just something he was getting used to he had no reason to frown realy.
"So what'll be, cleaning the trophies again or maybe a good old whipping?"Chris said smirking then added "Although i dont think you own a whip unless Draco is into that kind of thing" he then gave her a wink expecting to get yelled at or something for his comments but to be honest flirting with the Headmistress was actually pretty fun, even if she was going to yell at him, he couldnt help but wounder why he didnt do it more often. So there had been magic involved. Of course, that was to be accepted since the only people at the school were wizards and witches, and so it would've been rather strange for them to have not used magic. If the rumours she had heard were indeed correct, then it wasn't Christopher who should have been sitting in front of her and being lectured, but instead a member of staff. She'd speak to him later, and she could guarantee that he wouldn't be too pleased.
All she had to do was hear it from someone she knew to have been in the right place at the right time, but Hermione had a feeling that Chris wouldn't come right out and say it of his own accord. Of course his little bird spell, which she too had conjured as a student, hadn't gone unnoticed but it was in response to another spell. He began suggesting punishments, before hitting a personal nerve. What was it with him and prying into her personal life?
Her jaw fell all the same and her eyes widened at his comment, though she quickly regained her normal expression, though a hint of annoyance was now written across it. "Then you shall clean the trophies, and thanks to your remark, rewrite a section of the detention cards."

Chris couldnt help but smile at her reaction to what he said about her and Draco "so obviously he doesn't.. or your just not getting any" he muttered, he knew she would probably hear it but honestly he didnt care he was having fun even if he did get punished, it was worth it just to see the look on her face. "Yes miss" he said responding to his punishment.
"Anything you want to ask me your royal highness" he said bowing nd smirking slightly, i she didnt want to ask him anything it was his turn to ask some questions, starting with the room of requirement oh and he had just thought up a question he didnt realy want to wait to ask "You ever thought of getting a toy boy?" he asked smirking again slightly. "I mean your quite the looker.. and ive seen pictures of you at my age.. again.. quiet the looker" he then winked at her interested in how she was going to react.
The worst possible thing she could do was tell his parents but he could just stay at Hogwarts untill they forgave him and he was planing on getting his own place after Hogwarts anyway, he was thinking maybe someone in the country, possibly near The Burrow, which was where his grandparents lived. "All I ask of you is that you behave in your lessons. The teachers here put a lot of effort into making their lessons worthwhile, and making them as fun as they can." Hermione replied, immediately identifying some exceptions. Her first Charms lesson hadn't been at all worthwhile, and she knew Chris would pick up on that, and most likely comment on it. Also, Ligasto didn't seem the type to try and make his lessons fun. He took no messing around and demanded that students work, which Hermione knew might not necessarily have been pleasant, but it sure did push your marks up quite a bit.
Then he started on her personal life again, going a bit more under the skin than she would have liked. Of course, there was no shutting this kid up, pushing one question aside would just arise another. Answering those questions wasn't exactly a wise move, and Hermione wasn't going to fall into the trap. As Headmistress, her job wasn't to get on with the students, but to teach them. "That's quite enough. If you've nothing more to say, excluding interrogation into my life outside of school, then you're free to go."

Chris smiled "Sure thing" he said simply, it wasnt much of anything, most teachers told him to behave, he wouldn't but he would always say ok or sure thing or if he could be bothered he'd even make some long witty comment up. this wasnt one of those moments.
Chris smirked as she tried not to react to his questions. "Don't worry, i wont spread that your not getting any around" he joked giving her a small wink. "Actually, can you tell me about, the passage under the whomping willow, the room of requirement.. erm.. i think thats it, unless your willing to talk bout your life outside school" he said smiling slightly, he'd actually find it interesting to find out what she was like when she wasnt working, she had seemed ok when she had come to visit his parents but he had never actually had a proper conversation with her.
