Things were starting to get a bit out of hand at Hogwarts, but thankfully Hermione had been able to find more teachers, which certainly helped out. With students winding up substitute teachers left, right, and centre and sending them running out of the classroom screaming like a headless Augurey. Even the permanent staff were starting to blow their top, and breaking a few rules in the process.
Just like the staff, students were breaking rules as well, or else just causing disturbances through the castle. The person she wanted to speak to now though was Vincent Lord After having left a note on the Ravenclaw notice board, she now sat behind her desk waiting, having done away with the pumpkin juice and sweets. She was just too soft on some of the pupils.

Vincent stood at the board staring at the notice, well that was expected, he ripped it down and crumpled it up and headed once again for the secound time this year to Mrs. Malfoy's office, fun fun.
Vincent walked in and as he stuffed the note from the board in his robe, he knew why he was here, he sat in the chair softly, his eyes looking at the headmistress with quiet reserve."Sorry i am in here again...."
He had jsut left his room, and he had a idea why he might end up here, one of those boys had sqealed about the incident with Jacob, well he had not concern for them, he had done it because of Jacob, andif he got in trouble then so be it. Just as long a they stopped making fun of his friend....

"Do you want to try that again Vincent?" Hermione said to him, feeling much more confident then their last meeting. Who did he think he was just letting himself into her office? The students seemed to have less manners than they did when she was their age, and even then they were quite rude, but they still knocked before going into Dumbledore's office. Then again, Dumbledore rarely got involved in much things, it was either McGonagall or their Head of House, which was the same person for Hermione.
She had to admit that she did think highly of Vincent for sticking up for Jacob, though why he had done so exactly, she did not know. What she didn't think so highly of was his tendency to not think things through before doing them. The Hospital Wing still had at least ten boys in it, each with bandages around their heads and the nurse running around worried that they might have brain damage or something.

Vincent stood up quietly and walked out of the room and closed the door, sighing he knocked on the door with a light rap of respect, he wasn't in the mood to try and be all, meh. He was still trying to sort out his feelings about JAcob and eveyrthing else that had happend to him in the past week.
He stood there waiting to hear her voice to tell him to come and sit down, he wondered what she would lecture him about...

"Ah, Mr. Lord, I've been expecting you. Do come in." Hermione called out to Vincent, tapping her wand once against her desk, a goblet rising up from it and filling up with orange juice. Setting her wand down beside it, Hermione took a sip from the goblet, before putting it back down again, swallowing the juice as Vincent entered the room. How would she approach this?
She'd come up with that when the time came, but for now, she wanted to find out exactly why there were students with their heads being fixed up at St. Mungo's, and the less serious cases having to check into the Hospital Wing every day to ensure they were alright. Hermione would wait until that was out of the way to carry on with their previous discussion.

Vincent came back into the room and sat down quietly, the room became oddly warm as he did, things might be better then alst time he was in here.
"Good afternoon Mistress.Vincent said softly, he then felt a pencil poke him in the side, he rummaged through his clothes finding a charcoal pencil, the one he had used to draw that picture of Jacob, a fresh bright color entered Vincent's features as if hte Headmistress didn't exist.
Vincent had left his room leaving a half finished drawing he msut have placed the pencil in his poket instead of next to the notebook.
