It all seemed to happen at once, after her last few words. What the hell was going on? She really couldn't even attempt to put what was happening into words. She could have sworn that there was suddenly a change in the boy's behaviour - his eyes seemed to lighten a bit. She really didn't understand. Why was he acting differently? She had been able to cope with his irritating teenage lust-filled boy act, because that was something she regularly came across. But she hadn't experienced such a sudden alteration in personality before. If that was even what happened. A few minutes later, the dark seemed to be back. Was that some sort of indication as how he was about to behave? So taken aback by his question was she, that she forgot her attitude, "..What?" was all she managed, in reply.
She couldn't help but notice that despite all his tone in his voice, his question, his sudden advocation from the wall, that he had quickly returned to his favourite position. He evidently hadn't changed that much. She raised an eyebrow at the question, before responding, "I'm fine. Evidently more of a stable mind than you are, anyway. You'd have to do a lot more than that to upset me." She smirked, watching his inner struggle, although this shouldn't have been amusing. The boy was clearly weird. Possibly clinically insane. Merlin, her parents would attempt to kill her themselves, when they found out what had happened. Alright, that was an overstatement. Despite this, she thought it best not to mention this events. They had a tendency to... let's say... overreact.
All chance of keeping this secret vanished when she heard footsteps behind them. What an awkward situation for someone else to find her and this Ravenclaw in. It didn't look entirely innocent, that was for sure. She really did know how she was going to try and lie about this. She couldn't just pick some random story out of her head. Why couldn't she have this simple talent? She paused, biting her lip slightly, as she turned to look at the other boy. Now how exactly should she go about this? She needed a good story for this one. Because the intruder wasn't about to believe just anything she gave as an excuse. Especially when she was pinned against a wall. Oh dear. She only hoped he wasn't going to start thinking along the same route as her brain would take her, if she came across this kind of situation.
"Well, you see," she started. "I was innocently walking along the corridor, when this boy practically pounced on me. So you see, if it anyone's fault, it is not mine. I can't help being beautiful." She emphasised the innocent, wanting to keep his mind off other possible explanations for the situation. Just the thought of stuff like that reaching her father's ears, did not bear thinking about. "So you see, there's absolutely nothing worth talking about or worrying about. I have everything under control."
